White Elephant 2011 is now over. Thanks for participating and for sending packages by mail all over the world. Also, thanks for all the write-ups and pictures.

White Elephant 2012 will be different than any previous WE. I want to encourage more user participation so everyone is aware of what they are getting into and what the expectations are. I would also like to have the event take place earlier than usual so that the event officially ends on December 31st and does not drag on until the end of January.
